In 2003, Richard began his career as an attorney with Personal Financial Management Plus Inc. of Lynnfield. There he gained extensive knowledge and a commonsense approach as a real estate attorney and as an estate planning attorney. In 2006, Richard established his own practice and set up his law office in Lynn, MA. Richard expanded his areas of practice in real estate, estate planning and personal injury law. Working as a solo practitioner Richard worked with and was assisted by other attorneys including Thomas O. Mason of the Mason Law Firm and Attorney James J. Carrigan. Richard gained valuable experience and insight in the Probate and Civil Trial Courts and learned how to find practical solutions to real problems in a cost-effective manner.
